    School facilities are available to community groups during non-school hours when the use does not interfere with any school function or affect the liability of the School District. School-sponsored functions will always take priority when assigning events or requests to spaces available.

    Community groups are granted the use of school facilities based on the purpose and intent of the event.  The type of event determines the need to potentially require rental fees, custodial fees, or in some cases a Certificate of Insurance. District staff uses standardized guidelines when making determinations to approve applications.

Community members wishing to apply for permission to use a facility may complete the application process in two ways.

1) Download the application, complete and submit to the Superintendent Office. Downloadable Application for Use of Facilities

2) Pick up and complete an application at the Superintendent Office.
